1. Overview

Animiso provides a set of programmatic APIs that include metadata extraction, text cleaning, slug generation, and related utilities (“Services”). These Terms govern your use of the Services.

2. Accounts & API Keys

You must create an account to access non-free plans. You must:

• Keep your API keys confidential.
• Not share or resell your API key.
• Be responsible for all usage under your account.
• Notify us immediately if your key is compromised.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Animiso to:

• Break any laws or violate anyone’s rights.
• Scrape sites that forbid automated access.
• Build spam systems or deceptive content.
• Attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

We may temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. API Usage Limits

Your plan determines your monthly quota. If you exceed limits, your API calls will return 429 errors until your quota resets.

We reserve the right to throttle or block abusive traffic.

5. Payments & Billing

Paid plans are processed securely through Paddle. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Recurring charges until you cancel.
• Real-time enforcement of API quotas.
• No refunds for partial billing periods.

You may cancel anytime; service remains active until the end of your billing cycle.

6. Service Availability

Animiso aims for high uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Outages may occur due to maintenance, network failures, or third-party issues.

7. Data & Privacy

We process URLs and text sent to our APIs temporarily to return results. We do not sell or use your content for unrelated purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All code, branding, designs, and API logic belong to Animiso. You may not copy, redistribute, or claim ownership of our platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms,
• Abuse API resources,
• Attempt to disrupt the platform.

You may delete your account anytime from “Settings → Danger Zone”.

10. Disclaimer

Animiso is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for damages, losses, or issues caused by your use of the Services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Animiso is not liable for:

• Lost profits or revenue,
• Loss of data or business,
• Any indirect or consequential damages.

The maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated version.
